Freedom Flock Sweepstakes

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Happy Farmer in collaboration with participating partners, including but not limited to:

Best Nest Box
Kalmbach Feeds
Metzer Hatchery
Egg Carton Store

(Collectively referred to as “Sponsors.”)

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States. NOTE: The 5×8 Layer Wagon in the giveaway will be shipped for free anywhere in the lower 48 states.
Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.

3. Giveaway Period

The Sweepstakes begins on May 10 and ends on June 10
Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible unless explicitly stated that early entry is allowed.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by:

Completing the official entry form on the giveaway page
Providing a valid name, email address, and phone number

By entering, participants agree that their contact information may be shared with all participating Sponsors for marketing purposes. Participants can unsubscribe at any time.

Limit: One (1) entry per person unless otherwise specified.

5. Prize Package

One (1) winner will receive:

A 5×8 Mobile Free Range Chicken Coop (Layer Wagon for ~50 chickens) from Happy Farmer
Rollaway Nest Box + PerchPopper from Best Nest Box
50 chicks from Metzer Hatchery
One (1) year supply of feed from Kalmbach Feeds (approx. 32 bags total)
Poultry fence kit

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $6,000

There will also be weekly winners of other prizes.

6. Prize Conditions

Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any item with one of equal or greater value.
Winner is responsible for:
- Any applicable taxes
- Accepting delivery logistics

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery of large items will be coordinated with the winner.
Delivery limitations may apply based on location. The 5×8 layer wagon can be shipped for free anywhere in the lower 48 states. Outside of the region, the winner will be responsible for shipping charges.
Sponsors are not responsible for delays due to shipping, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 5 days after the giveaway ends and within 3 days of each weekly drawing.
If the winner does not respond within 3 days, another winner may be selected.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Sponsors may use their name, likeness, and location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Data & Privacy

By entering this giveaway:

You consent to receive marketing emails and communications from all participating Sponsors.
Your information will not be sold but may be used for promotional outreach by Sponsors.
You may unsubscribe at any time.

11. General Conditions

Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time.
Sponsors are not responsible for:
- Lost, late, or incomplete entries
- Technical failures
- Unauthorized intervention

12. Liability Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or use of any prize.

13. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Acknowledgment

This giveaway is in alignment with the promotional outline and collaboration structure provided by the Sponsors .
